Michael Jackson This is It: Passion is important for Happiness

Today I saw the movie This is it about Micheal Jackson. I realized how much work this man has put into this concert and how much heart as well. As I was watching it, I could see and feel his passion for what he does. One could immediately notice that this guy was enjoying performing. His talent is absoluteley amazing and how professional he was. I noticed that he was very serious, he never joked. That made me sad.

What a lost it is for the world, such a talented man he was. I loved to see all the work that went backstage as well. It was fascinating.

In my opinion what killed him was the fact that he couldn’t perform anymore because this is his passion. A man who cannot do his passion, is a dead man.

I believe people have judged him wrongly and he felt powerless at some point. He seemed to be a very sensitive man and someone who would take what other people say very seriously.

I also saw Oprah’s interview about him and I noticed that he is a perfectionist. He said that he couldn’t see his reflection in the mirror which has surprised me. How come a man so successful and admired by so many people could feel that way? After he spoke about his background I immediately understtod where it all came from.

When the movie ended, a wave of sadness overcame me and I wished that he would have had a chance to do the concert and be alive. I believe that he didn’t deserve to die.

Now everyone loves him. I wonder why is it that someone has to die in order for people to stop judging someone? I believe he was falsely accused and I always felt that it is a pity he was so misunderstood. In my view he was a very unique individual who was full of creativity, imagination and loved to do what he did, singing, dancing and performing.

For me and I am sure for many of you, creativity is like water for us, we cannot live without it.

What I hope is to transmit today the same message of compassion he wanted to transmit to the world, love everybody with compassion, just love everyone unconditionally and try your best not to judge. One cannot live without following his passion. Passion is what keeps us alive, happy and fulfilled.
